We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that you have a pleasant shopping experience with us.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite You to review our policy on returns and refunds.
This Return and Refund Policy has been created to explain Your rights and options regarding returns.

Interpretation

The words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to GyftsAll, accessible from https://gyftsall.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.


Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order before it has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (customized and personalized gifts), returns are generally not accepted unless:

  • The product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.

  2. Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

  3. Clear photos or videos showing the product issue must be shared with us via email.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product to our warehouse.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Perishable goods (such as chocolates, flowers, or food items)

  • Gift cards and vouchers

  • Sale or discounted items

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • In case of damaged or defective products, replacement or full refund will be provided at no additional cost.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at agsgifting@gmail.com.


Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange an item, please email us at agsgifting@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the received item.

Return Policy

  • Returns are permitted within three days of delivery, as long as the item is unsused, sealed and not damaged. Please drop us an email at info@el-lior.com within 72 hours of delivery.
  • A reverse pickup will be arranged and after ensuring that the product is sealed and not damaged, refund will be processed.
  • Kindly note that a deduction of INR 100 will be made for reverse pickup from the total refund amount.
  • In case of rare occasions where you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us at info@el-lior.com within 24 hours of delivery and team will assist you with a replacement or refund.
  • Damages caused upon negligence or incorrect application cannot be covered under the Returns Policy.
  • No exchange or return can be processed in case of allergies/skin reactions, dislikes of fragrance or color variations. (The scent and color of organic ingredients may vary from harvest to harvest depending on environmental and soil conditions.)
  • We highly recommend checking the ingredients list in case of known allergies and performing a patch test prior to use to check for unknown allergies.
