Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time:
Within Tamil Nadu: 3–5 business days
Other Indian States: 5–10 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
GyftsAll is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Currently, we do not ship outside India.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Delivery Delays
GyftsAll is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, customs issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
